Privacy Policy
The short version
- We only collect what you type into our booking form, plus basic technical data our web host needs to run the site.
- We use it to answer your inquiry and plan your event. We never sell it or use it for ads.
- Our site has no cookies, analytics, or ad trackers.
- Email us anytime to see, fix, or delete your information.
Who we are
This website is run by Astro 360 Photobooth LLC ("Astro 360," "we," "us"), a photo booth rental business based in Anaheim, California. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you send an inquiry through our booking form, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your event date, venue name and city, and estimated guest count
- The add-ons you select, any discount code you enter, and anything you write in the message box
If you email, call, text, or message us on social media, we receive whatever you choose to send.
Information collected automatically
Like every website, our hosting provider receives standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request, and the date and time. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and prevent spam and abuse.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, session recording, or similar tracking technologies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry with availability and a quote
- To plan, book, and provide our services at your event
- To send you information you ask for, such as your event photos or booking documents
- To keep business, tax, and legal records
- To protect our website and business from fraud, spam, and misuse
We contact you by phone, text, or email only about your inquiry or booking. We do not send marketing texts.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host (Wix), the service that delivers booking form messages to our inbox (FormSubmit), our email provider (Google), and our phone carrier. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- Event partners you ask us to coordinate with, such as a venue or another vendor for your event, and only what they need.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- A business transfer, if Astro 360 is ever sold or merged, under the same protections in this policy.
Photos and videos from events
Photos and videos taken at our booths are shared with the event host and with guests who request their own copies. With the event host's permission, we may feature event photos and videos on this website and on our social media. If you appear in one and want it removed, email us at bookastro360@gmail.com and we will remove it from our website and social media accounts promptly.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry or booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We do not sell or share your phone number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, if you book, to provide our services and meet our tax and legal record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you. Email bookastro360@gmail.com with your request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it. We respond within 45 days, and we will not treat you differently for making a request.
California privacy notice
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act. Astro 360 does not currently meet the size thresholds that make that law apply to a business, but we honor the access, correction, and deletion requests described above for everyone.
Under California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code § 1798.83), we do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
Do Not Track signals
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because this website does not track visitors over time or across other websites, and does not allow third parties to do so, it works the same way whether or not that signal is turned on.
Links to other websites
Our site links to our Instagram and TikTok pages. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
Children's privacy
This website is meant for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it. For quinceañeras and other events for young people, we ask that a parent or guardian send the inquiry.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this website. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will also note them on our home page.
