Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to learn about our booths and book with us, including people who use assistive technology.

Our goal

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We review the site when we make changes and fix problems as we find them.

What we've done

• Text descriptions (alt text) for meaningful photos, and descriptive labels for videos
• Videos have no sound and include a pause button. Scrolling text and the add-ons carousel have pause buttons, and pop-ups close with the Esc key.
• If your device is set to reduce motion, videos stay still and animations are turned off.
• Full keyboard navigation with visible focus outlines and a "Skip to content" link
• Booking form fields have visible labels and clear error messages
• Color contrast checked for readability, in both light and dark device settings
• Layouts that work on phones, tablets, and computers, and with browser zoom

Known limitations

• Some sample design images include small decorative text, such as names on photo prints. That text is described in the image's alt text where it matters.
• Some event videos include text added by the platform they were first posted on.
